Study Nights in school have commenced on 12th July and will end on 2nd Sep. It will re-commence after the Sep holidays, and will continue until the A-level exams.
The Study Nights are in response to students' requests for a conducive environment for revision, as well as a time of teacher-student's consultations. Although it is primarily for Sec 4/5s, it is open to all students who want to take advantage of the premises.
PSG have made arrangements to make available Milo 3-in-1 sachets, Honey Chrysanthemum sachets, and even light snacks like cheese biscuits, chocolate cream biscuits etc. We will stock up these provisions if need be, and to change the hot beverages and snacks later on. PSG will also rotate to make adhoc visits to ensure that these provisions are well-stocked and to obtain feedback from students of their study needs.
At the moment, we have not requested assistance from parents, but we appreciate your suggestions. If you wish to make a contribution or if you would like to make a visit, please let us know, we would certainly accommodate you.
Thanks.
Hi is it open every night? Students must be in uniform?
ReplyDeleteThank you for your question. Yes, it is open every weeknight. Yes, the students must be in uniform, i.e. PE attire or full-attire.
ReplyDeleteHope this answers your queries.
Hi, would like to bring up your attention regarding the schoool uniform ( white shirt ), usually after one or two washes, small bubbles appeared on the surface and looks like the shirt has been washed for many times. Reason for bring up because i have bought new shirts every year since secondary 1 to now secondary 3. The shirt qty has not been improved and yet getting worst after few washes. Please forward this complain to the school uniform vendor so that he can improve the qty of the uniform.
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous,
ReplyDeleteMay I know what size was your child's shirt? I noticed that they may be different material between certain sizes. However, if you have size 17 or 18, there shouldn't be any difference in the material (cotton). However, I have no problem with my child's white shirt. She has been wearing the 2 shirts for 3 years. But I will direct your feedback to the school, who will contact the vendor. Thank you.
